Terms and conditions

SHIPMENTS:

For international shipments, customs charges and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping is free throughout the country, the product will be shipped within 10 working days.

We are not responsible for any delays due to causes beyond our control (bad weather, strikes, events, holidays, etc.).

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE INFORMATION:

You can make an exchange or return by sending an e-mail to customercare@freesiaroma.com indicating the name under which the purchase was made, the order number and the desired solution: exchange or return.

 

RETURN:

If you would like to return your FREESIA order, you may do so within 14 days of delivery of the goods (pursuant to art. 64 of Legislative Decree No. 206 of September 6, 2005, as amended and supplemented).

In order to authorize the return, the product must be unused, damaged and/or incomplete, otherwise we reserve the right not to accept returns of products that do not comply with the above conditions.

Please be advised that shipping costs for returning products are the responsibility of the Customer, i.e., no prepaid and/or free return labels will be provided.
FREESIA will then refund the cost of the item minus the shipping costs incurred.

You will receive a confirmation email once the return has been processed and refunded using the same payment method used by the Customer when receiving the product.
The refund may be suspended until we have verified the condition of the returned products.
Returned items must be unused, with all item labels attached and all accessories included.

 

CHANGE:

Should you wish to make a change after contacting us you will receive an email with the new tracking number for the new shipment.
In this case you will not incur any additional costs.

 

This is without prejudice to the rights under Art. 129 ff. cod. cons.
